Make sure property is secure.
Monitor all contracts for the property checking on the performance of all service providers.
Communicate with the property owner regarding any repair or maintenance deemed mutually necessary.
Maintain inventory, if required.
Coordinate with licensed real estate sales person to list property for sale or rent.
